Software Reseller Sues Developer Over Launch Delay in Japan

Pinewood Asia Pacific Ltd. filed a lawsuit in the High Court on August 10 against software developer Pinewood Technologies PLC, claiming it breached two agreements by failing to provide the functionality needed to launch a software system in Japan, costing the country millions dealer.
